The HR manages and develops the human resources of the council, playing the middleman between the council and its employees.
It provides logistical support for the effective running and operations of the council.
Apart from interpreting and disseminating conditions of service, they also take charge of staff welfare programmes.
Mr. Azeez is a Deputy Director who has and continues to deliver efficiently to the running of the LCDA. He is a certified personnel manager and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.A very savvy administrator, he has an ever constant passion for development and derives joy in seeing people prospering.
